Meet the team

The Outcast team from inception  was founded out of a foreseen need for a more realistic approach to close protection training as we see it was all too common placed in the industry that you would be given this flashy "John Wick" perception of what life will be like once you enter this career and the focus was always heavy on the  theory aspects without proper reinforcement of  teaching actual content that is useful and works in real life. Despite being from various parts of the world as heads of our own individual companies, we decided to come together and form a group that would take a no nonsense approach to bringing reality based training to the forum of public access. We provide "all the meat without the fat" real world experience and approach to teaching, that is Outcast Tactical.

 Eric Cicero is the owner and founder of Cicero Armory Training Solutions in Atlanta, Ga.  With an extensive 20yr.+ medical background, he still serves as a Tactical Medical Provider for multiple Tactical Law Enforcement teams to this day.  He graduated from several of the top-tier combat, medical, and law enforcement academies in the United States.  He is currently employed by a U.S. defense contractor as an ERT Team Leader.  His operational experience outside of the U.S. includes multiple Counter-Narcotic deployments to South America, Africa, and the Caribbean as a CAT Leader and Combat Medic.  Eric also has extensive training in Krav Maga, Edged-Weapon Tactics, Long-Range Precision Marksmanship, Special Reconnaissance, and Interrogation Tactics. 

Vernard Lockhart is the founder of S.H.I.E.L.D.(Special Hostile Intervention Engagement Logistical Defense) Protection services in the Bahamas and in Atlanta,GA. He has over 13 years in the business of security management along with numerous certifications under his belt. He is a certified Firearms instructor, Executive Protection Specialist, Maritime Security Specialist Operator(MSS),Anti-terrorism/ Anti- Piracy and possesses training in Mixed martial arts. During his career he has organized and directly taken part in protection details with High net worth Celebrities, billionaires & heads of states. He has successfully overseen and facilitated many close protection details abroad in other countries around the world, acting as a "fixer" for the Caribbean region.

 Marc Wright is the founder of Agent Training Solutions(ATS) based in Jamaica and he holds numerous certifications from credible organizations such as Georgia institute of EMS and the USCCA and other noteworthy entities. He is certified in executive protection, is a BLS instructor and a certified firearms instructor. During his career he has served as the regional director for Jamaica establishing a standard for executive protection training on the island. He is one of the core members of our “Outcast” team and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company
